The proposed SWMR [ South West Multi-use Retail] Block forms part of the KTC – Town Hub programme and is positioned at the South-Western corner of the site bordered by the South Retail Road [ within KTC] and the 100’ Kempapura Road. The building would be a mix of retail, offices and serviced apartment on the top floor.
